Sport and leisure time
The Val Gardena is situated in the heart of the Dolomites. With its connection to Dolomiti Superski, with 1200 km slopes and the famous Sella Ronda, it belongs to the world-wide largest skiing carousel.
In the summer period, our valley offers numerous free time activities, hikes, climbing routes, mountain bike tours and paraglide flights.
In the winter season the splendid skiing areas of the Seceda, the Alpe di Siusi and the Sella Ronda, with 175 km slopes and 83 lift facilities, are fast and comfortably accessible. The Val Gardena and the Alpe di Siusi, the largest high mountain plateau in Europe, are a little paradise for all cross-country lovers. They offer numerous well-prepared cross-country trails. Those who want to enjoy the silence and the nature can make a romantic walk with the snowshoes or have a good time on a toboggan run. |
